In this managed service package, we include help desk but not on-site support. Our help desk has over 25 years of diagnostic experience, you can expect an instant response from our call center. When you call, the technicians who have experience installing and maintaining your networks/other systems will be the technicians you are talking to.

- Unlimited telephone and email support provided live between the hours of 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday (with the exception of public holidays)
- Handling of ALL desktop issues including:
- Microsoft | Custom Application Software | Network Related Issues Using Remote Access Tools
- Bi-Annually on-site network health review
- Navtech will work with the customer and the software vendors until the problem is resolved
